Registration for a language course must be made in writing or electronically (e.g., by email or online form) and is binding. A binding contract is concluded upon confirmation of registration by the course provider.
The course fee is due in full before the course begins. Participation is only possible after timely payment receipt. The prices indicated at registration apply.
Withdrawal is free of charge up to 14 calendar days before the course starts. In case of later withdrawal or no-show, the full course fee is due. Substitution by another participant is possible after prior arrangement.
If fewer than 8 participants register for a group course, we reserve the right to cancel the course. In this case, the course fee already paid will be fully refunded. No further claims exist.
In the event of cancellation of individual classes due to teacher illness or technical disruptions, we will endeavor to provide a replacement date promptly. If this is not possible, the affected class will be made up at a later date or proportionally refunded.
The course is held online. A stable internet connection, a suitable device (laptop, PC, or tablet), and, if necessary, a headset are required for successful participation. Participants are responsible for their technical equipment.
Materials used in the course are protected by copyright and may not be shared or published without express permission. Audio or video recordings of the class by participants are not permitted.
Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you agree to the storage and processing of your data in the context of course administration.
The provider is not liable for damages caused by technical failures, force majeure, or improper use of platforms by participants. Liability for consequential damages is excluded.
For all legal disputes, the court location of the course provider applies, insofar as legally permitted.
